It may be said that the construction and placement of keywords within a website's unique text is integral to the success of search engine optimisation and now one sector commentator has offered some pointers on creating the perfect one.
Writing on the online pages of SEO Book, Aaron Wall featured the term hosting as an example and used web analytics to compile a list of keywords selling for $1 (68p) or more, before exporting the top 800 - which can then be broken down using a competition level filter.
Once a list has been compiled, Mr Wall explains: "Essentially, you want to cluster relevant keyword groups together and try to map them out against your site structure, planning out page titles, URLs, on page H1 headings, meta description tags and internal anchor text."
However, he adds that using an ad network to pull together the keywords will result in a commercial focus and bias towards high-search volume keywords, but using a variety of tools could provide non-commercial terms.
Meanwhile, in addition to creating the perfect keyword, Axandra has advised checking a website's contact information is up-to-date for users.
